She is survived by: her husband Jack Shaw, Sr.; her sons, Jack Shaw, Jr. (Tiffany), Mark Shaw (Kim) and Todd Shaw (Frankie); and her grandchildren, Justin, Kristin Shaw of Pensacola, FL and Jack "Jackson" L. Shaw, III of Fernandina, FL. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
