He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Nowell and Maldrie Peacock Nowell; his daughter Debbie; his grandchildren, Shelley and Mark; and his siblings, Omer, Virginia, Gracie and Runette.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Nowell; his children, Sheila Yates, Cindy Rudd (Kenny), Linda Frys, Brian Talley (Shelley) and Thomas Talley (Laurie); his grandchildren, Darren, Milton, Jessica, Brian II, Jason, Steve, Brittany, John, Chance, Ronnie Jr., Stephanie, Tamara, Wendy, Tom and Gary; his brother Larry Nowell; and his pet Angel. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Poplar Springs Baptist Church (1098 Lovewood Rd, Graceville, FL 32440). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
