She was predeceased by: her parents, Mattie Lee Robinson Talley and Wesley Llewellyn Talley; her husband Joe Milton Foy; her daughters, Cheryl and Dorothy; and her brother J. W. Talley.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph A. Foy (Linda), John W. Foy (Vicki) and Jo Anne Robertson (Aaron); her grandchildren, Kathleen (Jeremy), Kathryn (Houston), Ian, Rylei, Kaylynn (Iggy), Laurie (Will), Kevan (Kaley) and Molly (Anthony); her great grandchildren, Charlie, Walker, Maria and Eileen; and her sisters, Pauline and Bonnie Jean. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
