She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Brommer II and Madeline Brommer (Mazza); her husband Ernest Swann; her daughter Brittany Monds (Jonathan); her mother-in-law Sudie Swann (Bryant); her siblings, Billy Brommer (Karen), Bruce Brommer (Cindy McBride), Jeff Brommer (Beth), Charles Swann II (Angela) and Regina Snyder (Randy); her nieces and nephews, Kelli Hargett (Stephen), Shelby Denney (Zach), Mary Clark, Lora Swann, Kyle McBride, Michael Clark Jr. (Cathy) and Luke Swann; and her grandchildren, Declan, Maren Monds and Collin Monds. She was also cherished by family members and friends she loved.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cedar Bay Funeral Home (405 New Berlin Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (4535 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32206).
