He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Watkins and Eileen Hammond Watkins; the mothers of children, Judith Clipner Watkins and Christine Watkins; and his grandsons, Coyan Hayes and Trenton Fort.
He is survived by: his children, Holly Hayes (Jon) of New Concord, OH, Dee Dee Garner (David) of Callahan, FL, Wynn Watkins (Kim) of Micanopy, FL and Nora Bondanza (Michael) of Jacksonville, FL; his sister Donna Watkins Strauss of Byesville, OH; his grandchildren, Derek Hayes (Sarah), Paige Hall (Will) of Callahan, FL, Trevor Hayes (Beth) of New Concord, OH, Carl Watkins of Marietta, OH, Nick Hall of Callahan, FL, Robert Watkins of St. Augustine, FL, Rockelle Klein (Joel) of Mustang, OK, Rainey Luke (Brandon) of St. Augustine, FL, Garrett Watkins (Julie) and Micah Bondanza (Brandon) of Orange Park, FL; and his great grandchildren, Anthony Colon (Taylor Hazel), Lillie Coleman, Samuel Klein, Ava Klein, Matthew Klein, Faith Hayes, Hayden Hayes, Cai Hayes, Hudson Luke, Maverick Luke, Lennon Luke and Ayden Watkins. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
