He was predeceased by: his parents, Mitchell Smith and Martha Stubbs Smith; and his brother Alvin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Smith; and his siblings, Roger Smith (April), Donald Smith, Lillie Brown (Bernard Brown, Sr.) and Rhonda Mitchell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
