She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Leonard McIntosh, Sr. and Sandra Gail Altman McIntosh; and her sister Donna McIntosh Baker. She is survived by: her childrens, John J. Brocato, Amelia Brocato, Hal McIntosh (Regina) and Lee Vickery. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the River Road Baptist Church (21067 Co Rd 121, Hilliard, FL 32046). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
