She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Alonzo and Blanche Alonzo; her husband Samuel C. Smith; and her son Samuel "Larry" Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Karen Hayes (Howard); her granddaughter Amelia Bowman (Adam); her great grandchildren, William, Waylon, Weston and Walker Bowman; her grandson Cody Baker (Sarah); and her sister Delores Braddock. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
