He is survived by: his wife Lila Rose Armstrong Thomas of Callahan, FL; his children, Lonnie Hardy Thomas, Jr. (Sheri) of Callahan, FL and Josie Caroline Thomas Douglas of Callahan, FL; his siblings, Wayne Thomas (Danielle) of Callahan, FL and Gloria Thomas of Callahan, FL; his sister-in-law Joyce Thomas of Callahan, FL; his grandchildren, Chris Reinolds (Rosland), Janice Smith (Bobby), Samantha Wicker (Cary), Stephanie Douglas and Zachary Thomas (Taylor); and his great grandchildren, Micah Reinolds, Kinsey Reinolds, Noah Reinolds, Elijah Reinolds, Isaiah Reinolds, Layton Wicker, Lyvia Wicker, Ruby Wicker and Waylon Thomas.
