He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Ruff Blalock Sr. and Rena Griffis Blalock (Griffis); and his siblings, Richard Blalock, Charlie Blalock Jr., Jake Blalock, Jimmy Griffis, David Griffis, Lorraine Males (Blalock), Estelle Thomas (Blalock) and Dale Blalock.
He is survived by: his wife June (Hodges); his children, Christy Holton (Eddie) and Roy "Wayne" Blalock (Jamie); his grandchildren, Hailey Ray (Macie), Anna Phillips (Travis Simmons), Chance Blalock, Ava Blalock and April Collins (Thomas); his great grandchildren, Braelynn, Landri, Kambree, Addison and Austin; his siblings, Rosie Morgan (Ken) and Franklin "Beatle" Blalock; his nephew George James; and his niece Janice Griffis.
