He is survived by: his children, Joseph Horne Jr. (Debbie) and Cindy Williams (Mike); his siblings, Ed Horne (Sun), Ralph Horne (Eloise) and Betty Horne; his grandchildren, Heather Byrd (Jimmy), Adrian Szocinski, Joshua Williams (Wendi), Kaleb Williams (Mariah), Joseph Horne III, Aaron Williams and Ben Sofge; and his great grandchildren, Mariah Byrd, Michael Byrd, Ashley Szocinski and Bryan Scozinski.
