He was predeceased by: his father Frank Kelly; and his brothers, Frank A. Kelly and Ronald Keith Kelly. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Causey Conway; his daughters, Kimberly Kelly (Daniel) and Milly Elkin Crenshaw; his former wife Lorri Peacock; his sisters, Lori Cooper (Duane) and Darlene Brown (Web); and his nieces and nephews, Sarah, Adrienne, Frank and Jeremy.
