She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Allen and Juanita Allen; her son Jamie M. Spivey; and her brothers, Jim Allen and Johnny Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Monroe Spivey; her children, Debi Eason (Bill) and Jody Spivey (Kathy); her siblings, Jerry Allen and Joy Wright; her grandchildren, Jason Eason (April), Jonathan Eason (Christine), Brittani Eason and Julian Spivey; and her great grandchildren, Jay Eason, Julius Alvarez and Eleni Shilling (Ellie). She is also survived by extended family members and friends.
