She is survived by: her husband Elvin Cushman; her children, Dwight Cushman, Darryl Cushman, Melissa Holland (Mike) and Nicole Cushman; her sister Carol Sada (Robert); and her grandchildren, Adam, Tiffany, Silas, Bryce, Tyler, Alyse, Dustin, Tabbatha, Erica, Colton and Gabriel.
