He is survived by: his wife Ruth Anabel Strickland; his sons, Lloyd (Gina), Johnathan (Mistey) and Marvin (Faith Anne); and his brother Thomas Burns (Sharon). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren; as well as many cousins, nephews, and nieces.
