With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harry Onis Stratton Jr. of Callahan, Florida, who passed away on December 28, 2024 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, U. S. Senator Harry O. Stratton, Sr. and Lois Hodges Stratton; and his siblings, Mike Stratton and Mary L. Stratton. He is survived by: his wife Mary Brown Stratton; his daughters, Karen Stratton Chitwood, Trina Bradley (Danny) and Libby Kast (Matt); his siblings, Mark Stratton (Lori) and Lisa Stratton; and his grandchildren, CJ Caudill, Meagen Westendorf (Johnny), Derek Bradley (Heather), Kelsey Caudill, Chad Tison (Chloe), Nate Kast and Rebecca Kast. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nassau Funeral Home (541720 US-1, Callahan, FL 32011). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
