She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Waters and Brenda Rhoden (Brian); her sisters, Florence Maynor and Janet Highfill; her grandchildren, Heather Waters-Dale (Garrett Helms), Juliana Allen-Waters (Brenda), Kara Brown (Nick), Tara Middleton (Andy Mitchell) and Alex Middleton; and her sisters-in-law, Beverly Tanner and Rita Tanner. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
