We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2021, at the age of 73, George Andrew Rhoden of Callahan, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Timothy and Lavada Harrell Rhoden; his son Greg Dennison; his sister Sharon Judd; and his daughter-in-law Brandy Rhoden.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rhoden; his children, Chris Rhoden (Renee), Renee Horne (Mike) and Joseph Rhoden (Nicole); his sisters, Carolyn Duke (Joe) and Barbara Henley; his grandchildren, Meghan Borges (Antonio), Andrew Rhoden, Dallas Dennison, Courtney Ard (Tyler), Brandon Rhoden, Katie Horne, Michael Horne, Mason Rhoden, Brooke Garrison, Emerson Rhoden, Evan Rhoden and Jack Rhoden; and his great grandchild Judah Ard.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Jacksonville Firefighters Death Benefit Fund.
