He was predeceased by: his parents, A. D. Barnhart and Juanita Herndon Barnhart; and his wife Melody Moses Barnhart. He is survived by: his son Fred Barnhart Jr. (Staci) of Orange Park; his siblings, Gary Barnhart (Mai) of Jacksonville, Sandy Barnhart (Ruby) of Jacksonville and Michelle DeHaro of Oak Bluffs, MA; and his grandsons, Randy Barnhart (Mariah), Chris Barnhart (Taylor) and Aron Barnhart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
