He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Dowd and Ella Burns Dowd. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Crews; his children, Jeff Dowd (Monica), Bryan Dowd (Cindy) and Jennifer Dowd; his grandchildren, Frank, Lucy Pearl and Ivy Dowd; and his siblings, Shirley Cribbs, Mary Dowd, Milton Dowd (Barbara), James Dowd (Joann), Frank Dowd (Brenda) and Wallace Dowd, Jr.. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
