She was predeceased by: her parents, William Turner and Ruby Barnes Watkins; her sisters, Mable Chatman and Pearlie Mae Lowe; her grandsons, Brandon McIntosh and Michael McIntosh, Jr.; and her former husband Robert David McIntosh, II.

She is survived by: her children, Marcelia McIntosh Hollins (Bertran Leon) of Jacksonville, Frank McIntosh of Fernandina Beach and Michael A. McIntosh (Rose) of Fernandina Beach; her sister Thelma Lotts; her grandchildren, DeAngelo L. Hollins, Lisa T. Priester, Marissa McIntosh, Jasmine McIntosh, Martin McIntosh, Chalene Young, Jordan McIntosh and Joanna McIntosh; and her great grandchildren, DeAngelo, Jr., DeAnna, Aniah, Josiah, Lilliana, Troy, Ross Lyn, Michael, Isaiah, Maryana, Martin, Jr., Jamere, Yarrell and Amari. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family.
