He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Edwards and Lula Hillburn. He is survived by: his wife Linda Edwards; his daughters, Melissa Edwards and Amanda Martin; his grandchildren, Mekie, Liam Edwards, Joseph, Laurie Langner, Johnny Revels, Jr., Kenneth Betts, Kyle Martin, Mary Francis, Aubree and Ashton Gibson; his nephew David Edwards; and his friend Janet Dyal Davis. He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren.
