She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Martin Strickland and Mildred Irene Crosby Strickland; and her husband Wayne John Moore. She is survived by: her children, Chip Moore (Suzanne), Kellie Jones (Jason) and John Moore; her sister Kathy Tarkington (Billy); her close friend Robert Mixson; her grandchildren, Mason Moore, Bailey Moore (Emily), Jessica Piljay (Sebastian), Jon Jon Moore, Dakota McDonald (Rhiannon), Jason Rewis, Savanna Ponsell (Zeb) and Makenna Moore (J. R. Jones); and her great grandchildren, Asher, Kane, Hayes, Maebry, Luna Moore and Callen Ponsell.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Peeples Family Funeral Home (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Peeples (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218).
