He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patti" Shaffbower; his children, Bobbie Shaffbower (Kevin Leisure), Jackie Campbell, Vicki Cuervo (Anthony), Rhonda Bell, Joey Sloan (Stacy) and Kym Holland (Stephen); his grandchildren, Rick Hensley, Mitchell Campbell (Paige), Phillip Cuervo, Donnie Bell, Emily Smith, Gabby Leisure, Brandi Shaffbower, Christina Cuervo, Andrew Dowdy, Stephen Holland II, Alex Holland and Justiss Sloan; his great grandchild Hayden Campbell; his brother Bill Shaffbower; his mother-in-law Marcella Buzzo; his brother-in-law Tony Buzzo (Valerie); and his aunts and uncles, Ronnie, Kathy Reed, J. M., Eula Dorton, Jerry and Nancy Dorton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
