He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Johnson and Ruth Johnson; his wife Ann; his brother Greg Johnson; and his son Joseph Johnson.
He is survived by: his son Charles Johnson, Jr. (Carol); his siblings, Sharon Harris (Don) and Monty Johnson; his grandsons, Charles Johnson, III (Haley) and Danny Johnson; his great grandchildren, Summer, Joseph, Austin, Dillon, Lacy, Isabella, Preston and Charles Rodney Johnson, IV; and his daughter-in-law Beth Johnson (Paul). He is also survived by many cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Nassau Funeral Home (541720 US-1, Callahan, FL 32011). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Community Hospice of North Florida in Rodney's honor.
