He is survived by: his parents, Fred Smith and Arielle Smith; his wife Lisa Smith; his daughters, Tiffany Boyett (Matt) and Brooke Taylor (Blayne); his grandchild Eastyn Boyett; and his siblings, Brian Smith (Karen) and Teresa Rowe (Keith). He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
