She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edwin Lantis and Ada Ferguson Lantis; her husband John Wayne McCoy; and her son Daniel Wayne McCoy. She is survived by: her children, Veronica Mowl (John) of Callahan, FL, Kimberly Summers (Timmy) of Pennsylvania, Barbara Waldron (Mike) of North Carolina, Kathy McClurken (Virgil) of Kansas City, MO and Daryl McCoy. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren.
