He is survived by: his mother Sarah Moore (Jacob Singletary) of Callahan; his sisters, Bristol and Kassidy Singletary; his father Dakota Mewbourn of South Carolina; his grandparents, Belinda Moore, James Odum, Jamie, Jesse Singletary, Richard Mewbourn (Susan), Barbara Branyon and Valerie Hayes; his great-grandparents, Maxine Odum, James, Marie Johnston and Diane McAlister; his aunts and uncles, Victoria Montgomery (Travis), Monique Hayes, Jasmine Singletary, Ashley Norwood, Alivia Harper, Nancy, Donna, Kathryn Wright, Lindsey Spencer, Chris Manasco (Candace), Antonio Hayes, Justin Singletary, Logan Loero and Johnny Mewbourn; his great-aunt Tina Williamson (Jimmy); his great-uncles, Lee Moore, Christopher Proctor and John Lodato; his cousins, Morgan, Taylor Montgomery, Leiani, Caleb and Ciara; and his caregivers, Ann Dixon and Kathie "Nana" Parker Borkowski.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park & Funeral Home (7242 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32205). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
