He is survived by: his parents, Kathy Epperly and Frank Alvin Epperly; his former wife Cynthia Epperly; his children, Destiny West (Lloyd), Haley Colson (Richie), Sean Epperly, Austin Kitchens and Hannah Epperly; and his grandchildren, Ryleigh Southerlin, Logan West and Ashley West.
