He is survived by: his wife Audrey "Lois" Mooneyham; his children, Luther "Rusty" Mooneyham, William "Billy" Mooneyham, Connie Hayes (Lance) and Joseph "Joey" Mooneyham (Noelle); his grandchildren, James, Jason, Jaden, Jarod, Bryson, Mitchell, Gage, Emily, Luke and Jaxin; and his siblings, Irene Dilbeck, Ilene Shuler and John Mooneyham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
