He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Fulton and Naomi Fulton (Flora); his wife Fern Fulton of Bushnell, FL; and his sons, Ron Fulton (Susan) of Climax, NC and Carl Fulton (Christina) of Glenarden, MD. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
