He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Brady Edward and Selma Keen Atkinson; his wife Nancy Klooster Atkinson; his children, Beth Sistrunk (John), Robin Cunningham (Jim), Laura Esposito (Brian) and Steve McAskill; and his siblings, Sandy Clendenen, Karleen Daniels and Carl Vonnoh.
