He was predeceased by: his wife Phyllis Nadine Winters; and his son Kenneth Winters (Anita). He is survived by: his brothers, David Winters of Westerville and Harold Winters of Thurman, Ohio; and his children, Paul P. Winters of Bushnell, Dennis Winters of Columbus, Joseph Winters of Columbus, Mark Winters (Melissa) of Boise and Valerie Shelley (Kris) of Greenville, Ohio. He is also survived by loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Paul's name to local animal shelters.
