Keeter (Mandi); her siblings, Dave Harris and Cecilia Williams (Don); her grandson Robert M. Keeter, Jr.; her great grandchild Savannah Keeter; her husband Claude Keeter, Jr.; and her sisters, Barbara Krause and Amelia Beale. She was also cherished by 4 nieces, 3 nephews, 4 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews.
