He was predeceased by: his wife Bonnie; his parents, Glenden and Erma; and his brothers, Ronald and Gary.

He is survived by: his former wife Judy; his children, Dane (Kim) and Shana; his stepchildren, Amber (Carlos) and Jon; and his grandsons, DeShawn, Malachi, Elijah, Nathan, Ryan, Benjamin and Will.
