In the vast expanse of eternity, Kenneth Richard shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Kenneth Richard farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Ruether and Anna Rockwell; his brothers, Phillip and Harold; his aunt Wava; and his uncle Carl Pleier.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Julie of Brooksville, FL; and his siblings, Roger of Bangor, MI, Mary Brown of Morehead, MN, Kathy Schmirler of Schofield, WI, Linda Heinrich (Virgil) of Tolstoy, SD and Nancy Barcroft (Danny) of Burbank, WA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great-nieces and nephews.
The military honors will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Florida National Cemetery (6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, FL 33513).
