She was predeceased by: her parents, Scott Dowling and Bernice Dowling; her husband Charles W.; and her siblings, Marjorie and Ervin.

She is survived by: her children, Tim Budge (Tracy Curtis) of Bushnell, FL, John Budge (Theresa) of Wales, MI, Ann Hoffa (Steve) of Port Huron and Rose Budge (Nancy Kionehuk). She is also survived by six grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandson; sister, Karen Woiden; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
