He is survived by: his wife Annie Lee Williams Haire; his children, Tarongie, Tim, TeResa Haire Gibson (Jim) and John (Michele); his brother-in-law Robert Williams (Faye); his daughter-in-law Cindy Mathis; his grandchildren, Mandy Haire Button (Caleb), Elisa, Jennifer, Tim Haire, Jr., Danielle Gibson-Hall (Brandon), James Gibson Jr. (Tricka), Christopher Gibson, Britlee Berry and Kelly Simmons; and his great grandchildren, Takoda Button, Stephen, Spencer Miller, Cheyenne Haire, Saimara Durham, Alani Hall, Timothy Haire III and Angelina Webb.
