He is survived by: his wife Abristo McGregor Skinner of Bushnell, FL; his son Cole Skinner, Jr. of Bushnell, FL; his stepchildren, Terry, Dennis, Candace, Molly, Tina and Ben; and his sister Margaret "Peg" Green of Ellenboro, NC.
