She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Howard Busteed and Dorothea Busteed (DuBois); her husband Bobby L. Bedwell; her children, Kenneth L. Bedwell, Michael L. Bedwell (Bridgett Bedwell) and Diana Fender; and her grandchildren, Joshua Bedwell, Jeffrey Bedwell, Corry Bedwell, Michael Bedwell, Dillion Bedwell, Jacob Duncan and Justin Duncan. She was also cherished by 15 great-grandchildren.
