He was predeceased by: his parents, James Parks and Doris Parks. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parks of Bushnell, Florida; his children, Jonathan Parks (Brandie) of Bushnell, Florida and Stephanie Moffitt (James) of Webster, Florida; his grandchildren, Ethan, Lucas Parks of Bushnell, Alana and Tyler Moffitt of Webster, Florida; and his siblings, Susie Holland (Roy) of Lake Wales, Florida and Don Parks (Carol) of Clermont, Florida..
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to one of the following: Compassionate Care Hospice (1645 E.
