He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bailey and Ruth Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Bailey of Bushnell, FL; his children, Kimberly Parrett (Jeff) of Beavercreek, OH and Todd Alan Bailey (Cherie) of New Castle, PA; his grandchildren, Christine Bates (Hunter), Ashleigh Parrett, Spencer Parrett, Austin Todd DeRosa, Seneca Bailey and Talon Bailey; his great grandchild Harper Bates; and his brothers, Kenneth William Bailey (Hilda) of Cranberry, PA, Edward Bailey (Beverly) of Sharon, PA and Dan W. Bailey (Patti) of Masury, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
