He is survived by : his wife Michele McDonnell; his sisters, Maureen Green (Clay), Bonnie Anderson (Paul Kilgore) and Kathy Bishop (Harry); his siblings-in-law, Heather Gradel and Michael Gradel; his niece Kelly Erb (John); and his nephew David Green (Denise).
