She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Mikulka; her son Michael Mikulka; and her parents, James Crosin and Mamie Walski. She is survived by: her children, Donna Bubba, James Akins (Brenda), Debra Flynt (Jimmy) and David Mikulka (Theresa); and her daughter-in-law Vanessa Mikulka. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
