He was predeceased by: his parents, John A Palmer and Phyillis Rudy Palmer; and his brother Gary Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his son James; his daughter-in-law Heather; his daughter Jennifer; and his sister Donna Willis. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, many uncles, nieces and nephews.
