Robert Blenheim wrote a sympathy message

“Sent to FSPA poets: It is with great sadness I have to announce the sudden death of Pame Bosman, a really sweet poet we at FSPA have been blessed to know for almost 20 years. She passed away last weekend from a massive brain aneurysm that couldn't be stopped. Pame was a fellow member of The Live Poets Society of Daytona Beach when she first joined FSPA and stayed a Live Poet until at least 2007. She came to our meetings each time from Bunnell which was quite a distance for her to travel. If my memory serves, she finally had to withdraw activities for personal reasons due to the distance traveling to and fro meetings. After that she would occasionally show up at annual conventions and especially open mic readings many times thereafter which she loved. After a long hiatus, she recently rejoined FSPA becoming a Tomoka Poet because of her love for live performing, and she was particularly known for always reciting her poetry from memory, something most of us were awed by. I last talked to Pame two weeks ago at the FSPA Convention. When she heard me read a political poem of mine about the massive lying by the current 'administration' she handed me a poem she had recently written expressing the same political stance (her poem was called, "Teach the Children Well") and then we had a friendly conversation for a few minutes. Only after hearing of her passing did I remember noticing that one of her eyes seemed at the time slightly streaked with red but that may have been mere tiredness. She never seemed to have a bad word for anyone (except an occasional politician), was always soft spoken and very gentle as a woman, and her poetry reflected a beautiful, sensitive being. You can find a few of her poems in our past state Anthologies between her years as a Live Poet (Anthologies 19 through 25), and they are worth reading and remembering, especially her "Nothing Lasts Forever" (a poem somewhat painful now to read now), and "The Wall," a great poem which earned a First Place in the 2006 FSPA Awards. All sincere condolences to her husband Blair Bosman. I hope he knows that Pame Bosman will be missed by so many, and be remembered forever by all of us who knew her and her poetry. Bob Blenheim 10/27/2018”
