It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynn Billups (Bunnell, Florida), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, who passed away on November 2, 2019, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Farrow and Germaine Farrow; her husband Robert W. Billups Jr.; her daughters, Suzan and Linda Foroughi (Robert); her stepchildren, Robert Billups, Jeanette Gary, Lori Billups and Michelle Rene Herman; and her sister Barbara Pivec.
