She was predeceased by: her father Charles Wells; her brother Michael C Wells; her former husband Michael A Mitchell, Sr.; her daughters, Robin and Nancy Mitchell; and her pet Boomer.
She is survived by: her mother Nancy Wells (Cox); her siblings, Kathy Wells, Ricky Wells (Tammy) and Leroy Wells (Debbie); her children, Velma McConnell (Kip), Mickayla Mitchell and Charles Mitchell (Tara); and her grandchildren, Michelle Mitchell, Aaron McConnell, Matthew McConnell (Emily), Bre Farrington, Anthony Silva, Marcus Mitchell (Hope) and Lakota Grover. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and her children and grandchildren's friends who called her Mom or Gram Gram.
