It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herman Standifer (Bunnell, Florida), born in Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away on September 2, 2018, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Standifer and Essie Standifer (Gibson); his sisters, LoEster Marie Williamson (Standifer) and Dorothy Fuller (Standifer); his daughter Marilynn Denise Standifer; his granddaughter Treshon; and also Barnett.
He is survived by: his former wife Ada Marie Brooks; his spouse Evangelist Wilma Jean Standifer (Taylor); his children, Herman Standifer Jr of Bunnell, Phillip Anthony Standifer Sr. (Nina), Terry Lamonte Standifer Sr. (Cyrena) of Kansas City, Crystal Elaine Williams (Standifer), Michelle Denene Stevens (Standifer), Patricia Anne Thomas (Standifer) and Zephyr Lynn Standifer; and his siblings, Claudia M. Williams (Standifer) and Huey P. Standifer. He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and various family and friends.
