He was predeceased by : his siblings, Ernest Birkett, Eleanor Knight, William and David. He is survived by : his sister Elizabeth P Hefner; his daughter Cynthia Hoogerwerf (Aaron); his wife Gretta Bernice Lord (Lord); and his sons, Craig and Clayton. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild.
